A tutorial shows you how it works. Step by step you'll see what you have to do to learn the trick - categorized by level.
WARM UP!
Prepare yourself optimally for your training - with specific exercises that are tailored to the strain on the muscle groups caused by the respective sports equipment.
RUN
Here you can put together different tricks into a run and save them in your profile. This way you can train and perfect a run again and again.
SPECIAL
Help and partner exercises... here you will find everything that will make learning movement easier and more enjoyable. Depending on your previous knowledge of the respective sport, you choose a tutorial from level 1 – 5.
COACH
Under each tutorial you will find ideas, suggestions and additional exercises on how you can learn the trick more easily. Preliminary exercises tailored to the trick will help you learn the movement quickly.

Games & exercises – quickly explained! Here you will find attractive forms of games and exercises categorized by level system and compatible with almost all WHEELUP! Forms of movement. Whether with friends or at school: in the game you can improve your skills quickly and while having fun.
AR COURSE
Place your training course whenever and wherever you want. Depending on the sport, you can see which moves can be performed at the individual training stations. Be creative and try out your own tricks at the individual stations.
