The Puiseaux cooperative and its 160 producers in the heart of western Gâtinais have chosen to be specialists in two high quality productions:

- Improving and Strength Wheats
- spring brewing barley

Distribution of crop protection products (Approval No. CE00220 Distribution of phytosanitary products to professionals)
Production and sale of certified seeds mainly for its own needs but also on the long circuit
Sale of mineral fertilizers and organic products
