2025-08-26 00:00:00 The Instrumental Giving app powered by Altadena Musicians connects donors with people who have lost instruments, recoding gear and records in the 2025 LA fires. Musicians impacted by the LA fires sign up for the Instrumental Giving app. (Don’t worry, it’s free!) Musicians get verifed by providing a driver's license for fire-impacted zone, or an insurance or Fema letter showing proof of loss. Once verified, Musicians will be asked to create a "Help Request" for each item they wish to replace. Donors can browse the Help Requests and can chat directly with the Musician to coordinate the donation.
