Built by RC Concepción—an educator, technologist, and child of Puerto Rican and Mexican parents—DEICER was created in response to growing fear and disinformation surrounding immigration enforcement. When families are afraid to leave their homes, and trusted institutions fall silent, we need tools that are fast, inclusive, and human.
