The Privatizz Scanner App must be installed on at least one device to collect information for the Attendance Registers. Multiple devices can be linked to the same Business Account, allowing the management of multiple points of arrival, resulting in consolidated reports.
The Privatizz Scanner App scan the person's QR code on her Privatizz App (for Individuals) or her Privatizz Card or both. The Access form is generated with prepopulated information about the person for verification. The person is processed and allowed onto the premises, or not.
Should the person be a visitor, the information is stored in an anonymous form.
