TATU is an application developed to promote accessibility and autonomy for people with visual or hearing impairments when visiting tourist attractions.
With the Guided Tour feature, users can explore museums and tourist attractions in the city of Maceió (AL) using Bluetooth and GPS.
The application automatically adapts its interface to meet the needs of each user profile:
- For people with visual impairments: a clean screen without visual distractions, optimized for screen readers, with detailed audio descriptions of the collection's elements.
- For people with hearing impairments: access to videos in LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language) with complete explanations about the works and points visited.
With TATU, tourism becomes more accessible, inclusive and independent — respecting and valuing the diversity of each visitor.
