After 25 years providing condominium management services in Blumenau and the region, Condor Condomínio has teamed up with Emmy Serviços and EMI Seguros to form the LRS Group.
Innovation, transparency and competence are the main pillars of LRS Group and will be applied daily in the execution of our services, aiming at market longevity and customer satisfaction.
Introducing the LRS Group app lets you automate condominium routines like:
- Complete registration of owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between liquidator and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, warnings, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- ballroom reservations, removals and other agendas,
- access to the regiment and other condominium documents,
- monthly fee slips - month-to-month interactive accountability with voucher attachments and online folder approval
- overview of the evolution of expenses on account and group of accounts (expenses with water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparative of budgeted versus realized (graphs and detailing)
- default view (reports and graphs)
- contract management with third parties
- management of preventive and periodic maintenance
- management and reporting of fines and warnings entitled to defense,
- view of the relationship of employees and management of the condominium,
- registration of suppliers and service providers,
- access to personal department data (sheet, vacation schedule, projections)
- control of incoming and outgoing visitors,
- permitting visitors to enter,
- access to security cameras,
- orders arrival and withdrawal notices,

All messages generate notification by the application and by email, as well as their delivery and reading are made available in the administration panel.
To register as a resident in the application, your condo must be already registered in our base.
