Inove Associação is a non-profit association, with legal basis in the Federal Constitution in its article 5, inc. XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX and XXI, as well as in the Civil Code, in its article 53 and following and its objective is to defend and promote the interests of its members, providing members with a list of benefits and support in situations indicated in its regulation, through mutual assistance or through contracted providers, with all its activities based on the principle of association.
Mutual assistance arose from the idea of mutual aid/mutualism, which is a form of reciprocal cooperation to achieve a group's goals. With this ideology, Inove Associação aims to provide assistance and support to members and their families, as provided for in its regulations, by dividing expenses among all members, or through collective agreements with third parties. Finally, we clarify that INOVE is governed by the laws relating to the association, its statute and internal regulations, and under no circumstances will the rules relating to products or services that guarantee future expenses be applied, which are completely different from the objective and activity of the association. This is why we ratify the request to read all articles and regulations before sending the membership proposal.
Inove Associação should not be confused with an insurance company (insurance companies). Inove Associação offers a benefits program that includes vehicle protection that, through apportionment, provides ways to reimburse expenses and losses incurred with its members' vehicles.
Furthermore, the board of directors is always ensuring that serious and correct management is carried out with the amounts distributed in the form of apportionments in representation of harmful events suffered in our Associates' vehicles, thus bringing transparency to them in the form of information in the Bills and also in the Associate field on the Website and at the Association's Headquarters.
