Our gym has chosen not to have a weight room, to ensure maximum tranquility and comfort to all those taking part in the lessons in one of the three large air-conditioned rooms.
Our philosophy combines the desire for a perfect physical form with the pleasure of music and fun, for positive effects on the body and mind.
The Aires Fitness gym is located in Turin, between Corso Trapani and via Capriolo, easily accessible by public transport. Located on the second floor of a building at number 106 in via Frejus, it also has a shared internal parking, for those wishing to reach us by car.
