The application allows the citizen -in real time and through their cell phones- to request remittances from an agency that has vehicles and drivers authorized by the municipality, being able to travel safely and, if they wish, to make electronic payments. It facilitates the work of the inspectors because the inspection is carried out from a smartphone by reading a QR code or NFC tags printed on the authorization wafers or by entering a manual code.
