With the following details: • This service will scan only your screen chat of Whatsapp/Whatsapp Business app when you open it. And doesn't scan screen outside this two app. • This service specifically scan person's name or number of chat you open it. And doesn't scan/record any chat data. • After get the name or number, the data will save temporary on the service's local data. • When you open CRM feature on keyboard, the app will use the saved temporary data for check to server based on account you\'ve login (Woowa CRM's account). • Any data from result of the scan will not save to server (your Woowa CRM's account) except you decided to save it by tap the save button on feature. • When you open Quick Reply feature on keyboard, then click a quick reply that contained images, this service will trigger the send button as many images available.
When you turn off this service, you will get: • The CRM feature will not run optimally functionally. Because the app doesn't get name or number on the chat automatically by accessibility service. • You can still using the CRM feature, but you should search manually name / number that you needed. • The Quick Reply feature will not run optimally functionally.
