The roots of hope is a humanitarian association recognized by the government of Senegal under the National Identification Number of Companies and Associations (NINEA) 17505 and by France under the number (W452014036) soon to be recognized in Spain and Belgium. Its mission is to do social work for disadvantaged people, particularly sick children, talibé children and homeless children, to advocate a united world of sharing and compassion for a better tomorrow, to eradicate child begging and help sick children with total care. It was created on September 15, 2013 by young Senegalese whose average age was around 23 years old. Almost 6 years now that Roots of Hope has grown with more than 1000 members and is represented in different countries including France, Canada, Morocco, Ethiopia, the United States, etc. The association operates in Senegal, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso. However, the main office remains in Senegal at villa R162 Hann Maristes 2, precisely with the founding president Safiètou Guèye. Always in its dynamic of helping the vulnerable layer, the Roots of Hope association has recently set up in Thiès and other regions to support the vulnerable people who live there and carry out many activities.
