Then you've come to the right place. Let's talk about it! Because the good news is: stressful relationships challenge us to come to terms with ourselves and strengthen our communication and conflict resolution skills. They offer opportunities for personal growth, deeper high-quality connections, new perspectives or perspectives and promote our own resilience by training us to deal with challenges in life. From my own experience and through my work as a relationship coach, I know that stressful relationships are a valuable mirror that shows us our own strengths, weaknesses and development potential. But they also create space for a healthy and fulfilling quality of life when we ask ourselves which connections are really good for us. This can lead to important decisions: either to commit to a new beginning within the relationship or to consciously distance yourself.
